No Refund/No Return Policy—Custom Merchandise
Policy Overview
This No Refund and No Return Policy applies to purchases made from Buckin Outfitters through https://buckinoutfitters.com/ for custom merchandise, personalized goods, made-to-order products, and other items created or modified specifically for a customer’s order.
Because covered products are produced according to customer-selected designs, specifications, sizes, colors, names, text, logos, artwork, or other individualized details, all covered sales are treated as final. Customers should review this Policy before placing an order.
Scope of Covered Products
This Policy applies to all products that are custom-made, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, altered, assembled, or otherwise produced according to customer instructions or selections. Covered products may include, without limitation, APPAREL, ACCESSORIES, PRINTED GOODS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, CUSTOM GIFTS, and any other merchandise identified on the website as custom, personalized, made-to-order, or final sale.
This Policy also applies to orders using customer-provided artwork, store-created artwork approved by the customer, custom text, names, numbers, images, logos, sizing selections, color selections, or other product specifications.
Products expressly identified by Buckin Outfitters as non-custom, ready-made, or eligible for a separate return policy are excluded from this Policy.
No Returns Policy
Buckin Outfitters does not accept returns for covered custom merchandise once the item has been produced, printed, personalized, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise prepared according to the customer’s order.
Returns are not accepted due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, entering incorrect personalization details, providing incorrect artwork, approving a proof containing an error, or deciding that the product is no longer wanted or needed.
Customers are responsible for confirming that all product selections and customization details are accurate before submitting an order or approving any proof, mockup, or design.
No Refund Policy
All sales of covered custom merchandise are final. Payments made for covered products are nonrefundable, including full payments, deposits, partial payments, design fees, customization charges, production charges, rush fees, handling charges, and shipping charges, except as expressly stated in another written policy or written agreement issued by Buckin Outfitters.
If an order includes both covered custom merchandise and non-covered products, the no-refund terms apply to the covered portion of the order. Any separate treatment of non-covered products must be determined under the applicable policy for those products.
Order Review, Approval, and Cancellation
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including product type, size, color, quantity, spelling, artwork, personalization, shipping information, and any other specifications.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must carefully review all proofs, mockups, previews, and order confirmations before approval or submission. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the specifications shown.
Customers are also responsible for inspecting delivered items promptly upon receipt and preserving the product and packaging if an issue is identified.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing by Buckin Outfitters. Buckin Outfitters is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, incorrect delivery scans, customs delays, lost access to delivery locations, or other shipping circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier or marked delivered to the address provided by the customer, shipping-related risk may transfer to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
